THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS"), ALONG WITH ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REFERRED TO BELOW, FORM A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US REGARDING YOUR USE OF OUR WEBSITE(S) AND OTHER SERVICES, SO PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY. THE TERMS DESCRIBE YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

GENERAL

These terms govern your use of the interactive websites, mobile and connected applications, software, and other online interactive features and services provided by Zaibh, LLC and its subsidiaries (collectively, "we," "us," or "our"), including, but not limited to, emails, newsletters, forums, communities, sweepstakes, and contests. Combined with these Terms, any additional terms and conditions of use that apply to a particular section of the Services may be posted in that area, and together they govern your use of that area and are referred to as the "Agreement."

We reserve the right to update or modify the Agreement at any time, with notification published on this website being effective immediately. By using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as well as any amendments or modifications made by Zaibh LLC as described above. To ensure familiarity with the most recent version, please make sure to periodically reread the Agreement. You must immediately stop using the Services if at any point you find the Agreement's terms and conditions unacceptable. When using the Services, it is your duty to review the Agreement.

COPPA: Children under the age of 13 are not intended for use of the Services, which are instead targeted at adults and teenagers. To use the Services outside of the European Union and European Economic Area, you must be 13 years old or older; inside the European Union and European Economic Area, you must be 16 years old or older. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, Zaibh LLC forbids registration by those under 13 and will not knowingly gather their personally identifying information. You guarantee that you are at least 13 years old, or 16 years old if you live in the European Union or European Economic Area, by registering for any Services. To join the Services as a member ("Member"), you must also submit truthful, accurate, and full registration information. Zaibh LLC will deactivate any accounts created by individuals under the age of 13 outside of the European Union and European Economic Area or under the age of 16 within of the European Union and European Economic Area, through automated methods, or under false or fraudulent pretenses.

You might be required to choose a username and password as part of the registration process, and you'll be accountable for all actions taken under that identity and for keeping your password safe. As assessed by us in our sole discretion, we have the right to refuse to give you a username that impersonates another person, violates or infringes the trademark or other proprietary rights of a third party, or is vulgar, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable. You acknowledge that your username and password are unique to you and cannot be used to grant anyone else access to the Services.

By using the Services, you consent to: (a) maintaining and promptly updating the Registration Data to keep it accurate and complete; (b) providing true and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form for a Service ("Registration Data"); and (c) maintaining the confidentiality of your password. If you create a profile while enrolling for the Services (a "Member Profile"), it must be a personal account of you. Profiles that claim to represent an animal, location, inanimate object, fictional character, or real person who is not you are just a few examples of unsuitable profiles.
